The owner Jack came back with a replacement after several trips trying to fix the window vertical blinds I complained in my previous post. Jack is a great guy to work with. Although the replacement is not totally satisfactory to us, it seems slightly better than the previous one. I believe Hunter Douglas is too big to pay attention to their design details. Some of Their products seem way behind their reputations.
